Elizabeth Floersheim, Executive Director of the WWRHCC
Elizabeth Floersheim has been directing the WWRHCC since 2003 and is uniquely, and exceptionally, qualified to direct the Collaborative. She has degrees in Nursing and in Law, and has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience providing direct clinical care, directly managing health care organizations, and performing health care peer review, legal work, licensure, and certification.
Elizabeth also has direct experience successfully managing WWRHCC's various grant projects, including the previously awarded 1-year Health Resources Service Administration (HRSA), Office of Rural Health Policy Network Development grant (2004), three year HRSA, ORHP Network Development grant (2006-09) and numerous Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Office of Community and Rural Health (OCRH) FLEX grants (since 2002). Additionally, she has assisted with the implementation of the 2005 USDA, Telemedicine Grant (teleradiology).
Elizabeth has spoken at both local and national conferences on compliance, quality and HIT.
